What we did
We edited and coordinated the publishing of the series of 8 booklets, Managing for biodiversity in the rangelands.
The booklets are written for extension officers, natural resource managers, land managers and people in the relevant industries.
Topics:
- managing total grazing pressure
- managing fire
- industry guidelines
- assessing financial and environmental impacts of management options
- managing weeds
- managing feral animals
- managing water
- monitoring biodiversity.
We condensed each of the original 200–400 page scientific reports into 40-page booklets, liaising with authors, designers and sample audiences.
We coordinated all aspects of editing, image selection, design and production.
