What we did

For the 2012 TERN National Symposium, we:

  • developed a media strategy after consulting with TERN staff
  • created a TERN mailing database and an invitation
  • wrote and distributed two media releases before, and two during, the symposium
  • wrote and distributed daily media briefs for journalists
  • wrote tweets for distribution
  • established hashtags for the symposium
  • researched and wrote a feature article about TERN for an industry magazine
  • evaluated media activities and coverage.
